Work with us on Secure Law and Secure Accounting
Malaysia, Singapore, and the United Kingdom
Our preferred route to market for Secure Law and Secure Accounting is systems integrators and specialist IT companies. The first step is a mutual fit conversation, not a client list.
This page is for companies that deploy and support private infrastructure. A first email does not need named clients. If you are a law or accounting firm exploring the products, start at Contact.
Who it is for
Specialist IT, not a distributor catalogue
We are not looking for volume resellers. We are looking for companies that already earn trust inside professional firms and can stand behind a private appliance after it is installed.
Systems integrators
Companies that already sit inside law and accounting firms: identity, infrastructure, backup, and the day-to-day IT estate the practice actually runs.Specialist IT companies
Firms with a professional-services book, not a generalist reseller catalogue. You know how these practices buy, and you can still be on site when something needs care.Malaysia, Singapore, and the UK
Those are the markets we are building in first. A local presence in at least one of them matters more than a claim to cover the region from elsewhere.
What we look for
Capability we can work with, not a badge
There is no public scorecard. These are the kinds of capability that make a partnership useful. We assess that from how you describe your work, not from a list of who you work with.
Professional-firm work, not a client list
We need to know you work with law or accounting practices, or have a clear path to them. We do not need names, matters, or a book of business in the first email. That stays yours until both sides have agreed how to talk.Infrastructure you can stand behind
Identity, networking, backup, and ongoing care for something that lives with the firm. This is closer to a private appliance than to a SaaS login. On premises, under the firm’s control
Willingness to work with private AI that runs on premises, under the firm’s control, not a public model wrapped and labelled private. See control in the office.First-line support in market
Someone the firm can call locally when the box, the network, or the integration needs attention. We stay with the product; you stay with the site.
How we would work
You own the site. We own the product.
A typical shape, not a contract on this page: once we are working together, you own the local relationship and the operational care; we bring Secure Law and Secure Accounting. Commercial terms are worked out with each integrator, not published as a programme.
- 01
You
The local relationship, the site survey, the install, the join to practice and office systems, and first-line support. You remain the face the firm knows. - 02
IntelekIQ product
Secure Law and Secure Accounting: architecture, enablement, and what the appliance does. We do not ask you to invent a private AI stack of your own. - 03
Bilateral from the start
We will be assessing whether you are the right kind of partner. You should be assessing whether we are the right kind of product company. Neither of us should have to hand over a confidential book to begin.
How we begin
Fit first. Confidentiality next. Then a discussion.
This is a bilateral arrangement. You have relationships you cannot put in a first email. We have product detail we will not put on a public page. The sequence below is how both sides stay honest about that.
- 01
A first note
Who you are, where you operate, and the kind of work you do. Markets and capability are enough. Named clients are not required, and we will not ask for them at this stage. - 02
Mutual fit
Both sides decide whether this is the right kind of arrangement. If it is not, that is a clean stop, with nothing confidential exchanged. - 03
NDA
If there is a fit, we put confidentiality in place before either side shares what it would not put on a public page: your relationships, our product detail, or how a joint engagement would actually run. - 04
Then a discussion
Under that NDA, a proper conversation. Named relationships, if they come up at all, come up only when you choose to bring them. That is your decision, not a condition of talking.
What this is not
Not a box-moving programme
This is not a distributor appointment, a white-label catalogue, or a Gold / Silver / Platinum ladder. It is an invitation to see whether a product partnership makes sense in Malaysia, Singapore, or the UK. Your client relationships stay yours until you choose to share them.
Markets
Three countries, one conversation
We are not running three separate partner programmes. If you cover more than one of these markets, say so. If you cover one well, that is enough to write.
Malaysia
Professional firms that already work with specialist IT companies. Local install and support, not a fly-in from another market.Singapore
The same shape of buyer: law and accounting practices that need private infrastructure with someone accountable on the ground.United Kingdom
In scope from the start, alongside Malaysia and Singapore. Same product partnership, same split of work, same expectation of local care.
Next step
A first note, not a client list
Write to enquiry@intelekiq.com. Company, markets, and the kind of work you do is enough. Named clients wait until there is a fit and an NDA. We will reply by email.
